How are my details used?

Perez Real Estate uses your details to organise your attendance, request confirmation and send practical information about the event. A follow-up is sent three days after the request if needed. Confirmed attendees receive reminders one week and 24 hours before their session. Access is limited to authorised team members and the technical providers needed for the service. The general newsletter requires your separate agreement.

When you submit this form, we record your browser language and, when available, an approximate country and city inferred from your connection.

Registration details are kept during event preparation and attendance follow-up, then for as long as needed to respond to your requests and document registration management. Marketing subscription is separate; withdrawing consent stops commercial emails. Information needed to respect that withdrawal may be retained.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or object to its use. You can withdraw newsletter consent and stop reminders using the link in the emails. Contact: info@perezrealestate.com.do. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in your country.

Availability is checked when you submit the form.
