A projection deserves an explanation: assumptions, commissions, expenses and fixed costs can change how a deal looks. I prefer a transparent discussion to an attractive but incomplete number.

A drive to build ventures and understand people.
I began my working life as an employee before following my wish to start businesses and travel. International trading took me across Asia, Europe and Africa, including four years living in Dakar and then two between Hong Kong and Shanghai.
I later created a group buying platform for designer furniture and subsequently sold it. After a nearly two year assignment in Paraguay that ended in June 2026, I began my return to France. These experiences taught me to approach each project with curiosity, listen to different perspectives and notice the details that matter.
Real estate had been on my mind for years. Back in France, a friend told me about his investment in the Dominican Republic with Florence Ronin, an agent leader at Pérez Real Estate. I discovered the agency, then saw its call for advisers in France. That is how this new chapter alongside you began.

In Dominicus, look beyond the percentage.
A prospective French buyer was considering an apartment in Dominicus. He was comparing two projected rental returns: 15% presented by another agent and 11% in my analysis. I explained that rental platform commissions and some fixed expenses needed to be included to read these figures cautiously.
In my account of this case, that transparency helped him decide to buy through Pérez Real Estate. The percentages were assumptions specific to that property, not verified returns or a promise of future performance.
